About me
Since early in my life I have been an avid hunter and outdoorsman with a passion for preserving the beauty of nature. As just a young boy I was skinning and tanning hides to send off to sale. Around 2005 I landed my first job skinning & fleshing out deer to keep up with the demands in a busy shop and soaking all the skills and techniques in. Fast forward to 2023, and I've been the lead taxidermist there since 2019. I am now transitioning into a shop of my own, and thus Twisted Ridge Taxidermy is born. I currently still have a full-time job but will be available after 4 p.m. You may drop off before with my son or wife if you call ahead. to 828-460-3383
